Notifications already send out in various countries. It seems that sales specialist roles are massively impacted. Get rid of "overlay" sales, "enabling" the AMs for selling complex solutions and software. Big failure of ELT. CSCO is losing IP at large scale.

Already started. There have been training for the E/// sales teams. There are interlock teams. They are certifying our products in their architecture. There is a big meeting in Stockholm in 2 weeks. It's all been brought under one VP. All whilst GSP is being massacred. Not saying it's going to work, but it's certainly under way.

Well that doesn't make sense, considering most AMs don't fully understand the products they sell. The sales specialists play a vital role for IoT... with EN, most of the AMs are kids.
