In the late 1990's AT&T noticed they had 2 managers for every 3 persons doing work. I believe that today, Qualcomm has 3 managers (or at least, FTEs) for every 2 persons doing work ...

angry people are already leaving in packs. many teams are terribly short-staffed, and those poor folks who stay have to work till the mid-night again, since the last layoff in Nov 2015.
