So I see a lot of posts that target DH, my question is why? What has DH done that has caused such disapproval? I have worked with/for her in the past and present and all I see is someone wanting to make this place better. DH truly wants this place to succeed. Is it because she HDS people accountable? Actually expects people to accomplish what they say they will? Honestly I have not seen anything other than a good leader. If you have some examples of why you hold her in low regards I would like to hear them.

DH is beautiful, eloquent and smart! I just met her and was very impressed! H-A-T-E-R-S,not all smart females are fat and ugly!
She is an IE, that's nothing but a money tracker, chart maker, and from a third rate college, not a real engineer. I was at one of her meetings when the Navy big wigs were coming in later in the week. She announced that she would need to wear her tightest pants and her pushup bra so they would agree with her at the meetings. What an insult, I looked around at some of the other vets and they looked sick. The commercial customers don't care for her either. I guess new management has not figured it out. When customers bring there millions to us. They want real aircraft experts. They want folks are not trainees, and that is not happening anymore.
I was just offended one time when I heard that during a meeting, DH said "I'm a female, engineer, and minority .... I'm a triple threat, they won't lay me off". I know someone who was at that meeting and he verified. Speaking as a minority and engineer, I find that statement offensive and distatasteful. It's dumb statements like this that makes management incompetent. With that said, she was one of of few who tried to get stuff on task, but she didn't do it effectively since she doesn't actually know about aviation or about working on the floor. Engineers would complain to me that she'd keep pushing people without actually understanding how long and how difficult it is to do stuff.

If you want to know why nobody can stand DH it is that she is all about covering her own a--. I've seen her jump a supervisor's a-- for doing exactly what she told him to do. I've seen her walk into a room full of managers with years of Aviation experience and make some of the dumbest decisions I've ever seen. Thank God they had a backbone and ignored her feeble attempts to take charge and did what was right and not what looked good on her charts. Jack Abbott may be a jackass but at least he's actually worked on an airplane. The woman knows nothing about aviation but is good at regurgitating what she hears in the engineering meetings. She makes a great parrot. Forget kissing her butt I'm just glad she is not in my food chain. DH is loyal to no one and is out for her own interest, not the interest of L3 Waco.
Folks, it's real simple. All you have to do is kiss her butt, give her the answers she wants to hear, don't make waves or question her decisions. If you keep groveling at her feet you'll be fine. Of course that also works with all the managers at waco.
