The 20% target is overall Aero number, not one site. Will also be done in two waves, this one and another RIF in Jan 2017.
650 is too little. They need to make it 65000 because things are more efficient nowadays? Isn't it.

34th St is where the majority of Aero "leadership" resides. So....perhaps a cleanout there is warranted. Let's see what happens, and how much more India will grow because of it.
3,000+ still there - if this amount of people are affected, would be about 20% which is the rumor that's been going around for awhile.
