Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Having low performing H1B contractors due to multiple billing hops

May not be the right thread. but good to share.

Most of the companies are not monitoring the multiple hops in H1B billing or they dont worry where the employees are tagged in terms of visa.

those contractors are getting below $30 per day in hand before tax. where as the mediator companies are getting 50% gain (Billing hop example. Product company A -> service company X -> company Y holding h1b visa -> candidate

$75 per hour from A -> $35 to company X -> $10 to company Y -> candidate will get $30 or below based on bidding )

Due to which the candidates coming in are NOT having the required skills and performing LOW than the expectation.

As a full time employee we are suppose to select some one in peak period and get the work done.

Lot of money is getting wasted.

This needs to be monitored by govnt , labor department , companies to get it regulated .

increasing the prevailing wages of H1B will control the problem of multiple hops and getting quality candidates.

This is why H1B visa should be cancelled and tax outsourcing.

Let's just come up with all sorts of explanations to describe the obvious: elite fuking all of us (including H1Bs) over. Yeah! Lets continue to vote for elites like Trump and get fuked even more!
