Yeah right... it will backfire on them. Tech coach reps are outsourced by asurion. They work for Xerox. Verizon doesnt realize how unhappy customers are...but when we get the surveys because of them we are screwed..
I don't think it's done for, but the company is gearing up to close several call centers. With outsourcing and Tech Coach they don't need as many internal employees. The questions is when, how many and which centers at this point.
