Mutiny definition is revolt or rebellion against constituted authority, especially by sailors against their officers. I am real close to mutiny @ my store.

Same here in Pittsburgh....they got rid of all the ASMs that really pushed the sales. They should have eliminated District Managers and Market Leaders (that was a joke creating this position).
our DM has determined to destroy this store. He has taken it apart bit by bit. He has installed lame and incompetent people to be in charge and those people are lazy and belligerent and an insult to the real workers. I wish I could figure what his game is. But if I could that would put me on his level of humanity and I do Not want to be there. Let them a--holes take it and sling it where the sun don't shine, The next time (tomorrow) I am told to do 5 peoples' work I am going to say "no, you pay me for one persons work"

My store did just mutiny. Today was horrible. New store manager. New soft lines lead or what used to be called the soft lines ASM and no hardlines lead or hardlines ASM.
There is no one to sell paint in the paint department. Everyone walked out of MPU when they eliminated the MPU lead's job.
Two people selling appliances.
And the people who are loyal and stay are told if they don't sign people up for shop your way, they are going to lose our jobs.
This is going into Christmas.
Shop your Way has turned a simple sale into a complicated, frustrating process. Just selling a dishwasher takes 45 minutes because SYW complicates everything.
They threaten the few of us that are left in the trenches.
I feel bullied.
I knew the crash that happened on 8/18 was because of old software. Not a lightning strike. I mean all "good" companies have backups.
Microsoft quit supporting old software and somewhere someone (a little person) was yelling about it was going to happen and they just let it happen.
I get the mutiny.
What does your DM do that is so different from any other DM thoughout Sears as a whole?
