I cant believe what is going on at Gateshead. Who the hell put these 2 idiots in charge. I see another numpty from Osbourne has started. Lets put people in charge who have no clue about how to machine Oil and Gas components. Why cant the group managers/directors see what is going on?
very short term business plan putting them in charge which is worrying for what NOV have planned for the business long term.
Crazy whats gone on with personnel lately, shift leaders that cant program a microwave, changing tooling to a company with a horrendous reputation for support and sub contracting work that could be done in house.
