It is easy to say yes to H1Bs or outsourcing until your job is gone. No other 1st world country gives away know how/technology to other countries like the US.
California votes Democrat. California is responsible for this h1b mess. They deserve this fate.
UC in STEM Schools, LBL, Livermore, Sandia is all run by Indians, Chinese. Look up Steve CHU, DOE SECERATRY, Nobel prize winner, LBL director
Pretty much same at all top STEM Univ. Not so worried about outsoourcing mid level Tech stuff. More is where basic, fundemental research is going all to China.
Ps look at dean of Engineering school at the 11 campuses....Also the guy that runs all the retirement and Endowment roughly 25 billon dollar the Chief Investment officer he's pais more than the President like 2 MM a year.
General Dynamics just offered to build F16 fighter jets in India. A JV. US labor and competency has to get better. It's what happened with cars with Japan Toyota. Need to build a wall around India and China and cut fiber
