Anybody in Sopac knows anything about team member layoffs???? I know that now at my store we are going through hunger games between TL.... wonder if team members will be affected??

The entire "lower prices" thing was a total front. It's all a charade for the press and the gullible public. No one's buying it. The trouble with "leadership" is that they think everyone is as clueless as they are.
Im still not seeing the lower prices that this whole process was to bring about.i see sale items that once off sale go back up to our already high margin/mark-up..or the ol'change the regular price to a sale price and raise the off sale price point
As labor keeps being cut and team members start working for new team leaders and multiple teams, they'll start dropping in my opinion. With lower labor budgets for teams, TM's will be asked to volunteer to go to different teams and if they don't want to, I'm sure leadership will find a way
