Being a good leader takes patience and understanding. He has neither. A manager has to give the employees all the credit for doing a good. That's just the way it is. JL is not capable of this and never will be. He just wants to make himself look needed. He is always the first one to go tell on someone who messed regardless of which department. Larry Renfro hired Darren because he could control him, Do your paperwork, Keep your mouth shut, and stay out of the way. And Darren did just that, we never saw him on the floor and that’s how Melissa got so powerful. She did her best to do the job and everyone has to give her credit for that. Good or Bad she did have our best interest at heart. She couldn’t help that her boss was nothing but a spineless twit!!!!
