Just remember, you are a team of "One". Exploit Honeywell for yourself then dump them when you get a better opportunity. You owe them nothing but the day.
Yes It's bad, but no need to be dramatic. Yes, it s---s. Yes, they don't take care about us. Yes, they do not invest on us. Yes, they cherish profits over national security. Yes, they defraud the US Government by overcharging with their Yiel mandate. Yes - they exploit the veteran community by pretending they care and ask you to display your picture on the wall. I hate to be a cynic but they are paying my bills and for now, I have an income. Just play the game and s--- it up.
I've been with Honeywell for a few years now. This was my first job after the Military and I was so exited. Now - I feel like I rather go back to Afghanistan. We have so much uncertainty and moral is horrible. I am starting to see how this company does not care about its employees and everyone is walking around expecting to be at the receiving end of the HR kill shot sometime this week.
I am veteran in Clearwater. I have more anxiety about this week from Honeywell than I did on the days leading up to Iraq.
