let us all give back to SHC what they are giving us. Amen. Unless you have too much to lose or have many years invested then Just Give Back What We Are Being Given. I will do that for every day that I walk into that store until the end. And I do feel good about that.

yep, five years I busted my a-- for sears and A&E .Selling PA's and giving the best service I could give well above some sorry techs that wouldn't even show on difficult calls. I really don't blame them the Techs. as much as the management. pushing us to sell,sell,sell. taking collect calls first before honoring their own protection agreements cause that's where the money is. To suddenly get laid off without any warning when they are asking people to wait 10 to 30 days in some areas for a repair. It's also a relief to not have to hear my managers voice now. It could have been worse, they started writing people up for the most ridiculous reasons. They could have fired us on some trumped up not on process BS. that would have made drawing unemployment harder. Now the looking for a job phase, that sux.

Im sorry to hear that. Every day I shouldn't be hoping I have a job to come into . I would've loved to work for a sears even 15 20 30 40 years ago I guess I was to late
Just got put on "seasonal layoff " after more than 11 years and senior tech doesn't make sense to me
