ISPer in AZ, collecting UI on a weekly basis although I was told it was going to happen after the severance package runs out next year. So i am keeping it in the BOA account they provide in case they want it back :-). Getting the federal grant for training too.

Oregon is in fact 'reviewing' original ERP claims it approved. Unlike ISPs, Intel does not have to comply with WARN act for 'voluntary' departures. Oregon Employment Division was probably initially caught off guard and is now re-examining.
