We used to have a great boss that was the President of our business. He was "retired" 6 years ago after he sat in a meeting with Cote and his "leadership" team when they were discussing furloughs. He asked if anyone in that room had ever been poor and knew what it was like to live paycheck to paycheck and understood the impact of losing 1/12 of their pay due to 1 week furloughs each quarter. His comments were met with silence and blank stares and I have no doubt that his "retirement" paperwork was started that day. He was replaced by someone just said yes to whatever corporate wanted and the business has been a disaster ever since. Employees are miserable, customers are unhappy but those of us that are left just keep our heads down, cash our checks and try to survive. I guess that's Cote's master plan at work.

Cutting to the bone. Just sell us to someone already.

Re: "he was a great boss"

Likely that was one of the reasons - no employee advocates allowed!
