All Flight Controls? Surprising considering they used to have lots of work, unless they went after the ones working or reporting remotely...
Yep, I remember when this company was pro family. Company Store, Xmas party for the kids. Employees Club to help employees. But then again, it was run by people of a different era that believed in family. Now its greed. Cote's sold off some of his stocks for 61M still has stocks valued 80M, Maybe the CEO's should be called out. They are doing anything they can to make the numbers look good with all their short term hits. In the long run they will be gone along with some awesome employees while the company struggles to repair the damage.

Saw my colleague let go after 11 yrs in January with a suddent meeting, despite tons of work. His position was immediately replaced by someone from overseas. Now I got my one on one with managers manager after 12 yrs, despite my recent promotion and tons of work! I suspect someone from overseas will join for my replacement. We spent a life time effort for this company, and suddenly half a day notice to pack up and go, and don't talk to anyone! Ridiculous culture!
