I was discriminated against, decrease in pay, and pushed out of a department because I did not play games. About 5 years of written reviews are missing and HR still has yet to upload them for me.
@3iuj: Class actions are expensive. In the real world, class action attorneys who take employment discrimination cases won't give serious consideration to filing a case unless a class representative comes in w/ enough evidence to support a complaint. Also, you don't get discovery until you file an actual lawsuit.
Qualcomm deserves to get class action and deserves to lose it.
@JoiUoRN-5lkj, lol @ "generic" creamer. I didn't know putting corn syrup solids in your coffee could remotely have a snob factor to it. Corn in coffee, so silly.
Can I file a claim for mental duress because I was forced to read the multi-tasking poster every time I took a dump? What about the not-so-cold sodas we were given? And who can forget that they took away the Coffee Mate creamer and we had to consume GENERIC powdered creamer? I darn near jumped off the 11th floor balcony when they took away the Coffee Mate.
Sounds like three new class action suits to me. Anybody want to join me)

In the real world Attorneys who file class action suits obtain names from the company being sued that would pertain to the aggrieved persons through legal discovery and the initial burden of providing legal proof of discrimination is not put on the employee.
Please make sure you have written proof, this is the only way to be able to speak to lawyers. The people who keep mentioning "Trolls" is from HR or Employee relations.

There is a case of clear slavery at building W, there is a manager which does not allows his reports to communicate with other teams, only him or his lap dog can reply to emails. HR neither Employee relations are doing sh*t....as usual
