if 1 is the midpoint of salary band for a grade, what is known to be the max and min comp ratio?
my idea was it is between 0.7 to 1.3 - can it be higher or lower also ?

I've seen 1.4
if you are at 1.25 comp ratio, there is 98% chance you will not survive more than 2 LR rounds
What does this mean and how it is correlevant ? because LR is purely manager's decision. He can put Anyone he dislike irrespective of work.
