Remaining Employees - reminder gram on furlough

Remember to put your out of office message on your phone and computer email. You are not to say why you are not at work so our customers do not worry. Tell them you will be back and you are anxious to contact them as soon as possible to take care of their issue. Make sure to leave your phone and laptop at work - or else. Remember, you are not being paid the week of Sept 19th to help your company's bottom line. Have a nice week! We s---.

I've told customers that hon is on a furlough (most already knew) and not to expect any service or parts to ship this week. If you have a problem with that, please take it up with Tim Baloney, the "president".

in a somewhat nice twist my supervisor and director are on furlough, yet the engineers are exempt. Somewhat interesting how the company can exist without 4 layers of management not being in the building.

When i hear the rumors of band 4's being hit with the disappearing mip and debanding I'm apt to believe it. Those who should be the most concerned are those getting paid a lot to do middle management, if your role is directly responsible for the company making money they'll keep you around (treat you like you kicked a puppy).

Torrance, Tempe, Phx, Tucson, Abq, Clearwater plants ISC except purchasing. Basic rule is if you touch the part, you are not included in the furlough.

Not all employees are subject to the furlough. I think it's mainly indirect people. Probably the HR person who laid you off last week is on furlough this week.

What Aero sites are having a furlough the week of Sept. 19th? Parking lots look full.
