I quit Intel recently. They have not provided any experience letters or any formal letters.
Any one have idea how to contact HR / any links which provides the HR email id ?

No such animal. You are on your own.
What region? In the U.S., HR will only provide work dates through a third party, no formal letters. http://www.theworknumber.com/
It also used to be policy that managers did not provide references or letters. Again, that was the U.S. policy.
