Ok, so INTC got to $38. So what? Even if it gets to $40 in next few days/weeks, it's still a long way down from there. Long term prospects of the company are still murky at best, with loss of process tech leadership, ARM/Cortex competitive performance vs. x86, continous decline in PC, competitive pressure in servers/HPC/AI/memory/IoT/modems/foundry, etc, etc
