My female boss, who was from India but works in Denver, would pick a person in our group and ride them until they buckled and either quit or found another job. Everything we were to send out had to be emailed to her for "a second look", which meant she would change something such as a color on a PowerPoint presentation or one word. She would berate us on phone calls in front of our team. Oh...and don't think about working from home. However, she could work from home a day each week as she had to "make sure the maids took their shoes off when they entered her house to clean."

One gal on our team had a husband who was extremely sick and on life support. The female boss would just treat this employee like crap because she had to leave work for an hour and a half (during lunch) to talk to the husband's doctor's. When the female employee complained to upper management, that made it 10 times worse and she was laid off when lay-offs hit. The gal was actually thinking about suing the company and her manager for discrimination but I do not know what happened or if she did. I felt so sorry for my co-worker because she was very good at her job and was always willing to help with projects she was not assigned to.

All bosses, no workers - My manager is 100% unable to do any kind of work, I mean he's physically OK, just not able to do quality work
