This same thing went around last year about this time! You can't listen to gossip, you will go insane! Yes, there will probably be some type of restructuring, there was last year. I think that Lowe's does not take any of what they do lightly! like I said this was out there ladt year, I am sure there are some trials of some sort going on again this year. It must not have worked too well since it is still in trial basis and last year the regional area operations manager was the ones who got the package and the thank you for busting your ars, but good bye. So, until you get called in and get your pink slip, stop the frantic, negative gossip!

Thank you! I mean we're all adults, this going on and on is just too much. Continue doing your job and wait until your number is drawn. I think so much gossip has occured that is has blown this entire thing out of proportion. It does s--- to have to start over, but worst that comes is that you get a severance package, you get all your vacation pay, and you get to draw unemployment. Take a small break, then hit the computer and look for another job.
Well I think this will happen and soon. I would say in the next two months or sooner.
