I have seen this before, WFM needs to trim the fat from the top. They have way too many chiefs and not enough indians. I watched this as a worker for years. And they hire for personality not expertise. Questions at interviews like "what kind of vegetable are you most like". Also they would say things like she didn't smile enough.Goodness sakes alive look at more than the exterior. Get rid of the high paid talking heads, and the lazy team leaders who hide out .

They won't do any of the things you've suggested, because that's how they bring in unqualified friends, wives, husbands, boyfriends, college buddies etc. This place is run by incompetent imbeciles who bring in other incompetent imbeciles to oversee the place.
