I Recieved a new Job offer, will be at Intel 10 years early next year. What are risk to take a leave from Intel for 90 days, and then ninety days again. But start my New Job next month. Hoping for a package early next year? Any other ways to do this.

Most big companies will hire a outside firm to call ex employer for due dileagance. You can't need the money that bad. I bet you get caught. Unless you cheat on your wife and not gotten caught. What will you do when you goto church. Or tell your kids?
How are you planning to get the leave approved, MLOA or personal? There are different rules--but both say you cannot work for another company while you are on them. Either way, you can't just up and leave for 90 days, unless you happen to have a sabbatical in your pocket. And even there you have to have prior approval and arrange for your coverage.

Know several people who have done and are doing this without any issues.
