How about telling your employee that something isn't going to succeed and then stealing credit for the "win" when it does...

I have some too:

bragging that you've never had to write a single line of code in your life.

Telling him that everybody is replaceable

Sarcastically calling all engineers "autistic moles"

Telling him that he's responsible for Intel's failure

Humiliating him in front of his own underdogs

Asking him which role he identifies with in "the office"

Never give direction, tell him he should know better, it's his project

Now, with VSP, telling him he should not accept, you need him, just wait, the situation will get better. Ya??? F--- off, hope to meet you outside once and spit you in the face.
