AT&T BUYS TIME WARNER & DIRECTTV.....COMCAST BUYS NBC....VERIZON BUYS AOL.

AT&T buys Time Warner and all it's content HBO, CNN, TNT and Warner Bros. film studio which includes franchises of Superman, Batman Harry potter it also gets Major Leauge Baseball MLB baseball on TBS and HBO’s critically acclaimed shows, like Game of Thrones -- guarantees that AT&T can make those programs available on its DirecTV satellite TV service. AT&T can also stream those shows to its Net-delivered and wireless DirecTV-branded streaming services in the works and their U-verse.

Comcast buys NBC and all its content including Dreamworks Films, Universal studios, MLB Network among a long list of entertainment companies.

Verizon Buys AOL to include to its debt of Vodaphone 158 BILLION DOLLARS, forcing Verizon to sell off its Fiber network in 20 states including California, Florida, and Texas.

Not sure if Verizon is keeping up with the competition or going backward.

In Verizon's race to the bottom, the strategy seems to be to acquire failing antiquated companies. Verizon has now become the last stop on the failure railroad of business for companies like AOL and Yahoo.

I just wonder why Verizon pays so much for these voices from the grave companies? Well, the proof is in the pudding with paying 158 Billion for Vodaphone in a Wireless Market that is overloaded and saturated. It has to be the all-time bonehead deal.

But........none of these guys got Jamie Foxx. It's absolutely an embarrassment. I swear this current management team and board of directors was planted by Isis to completely destroy what was once a great company. Our competition continues to make relevant acquisitions and we keep wasting billions on absolute $hi#! The best part is these jerkoffs keep telling us every quarter how great everything is. It's like all of us are standing inside of a burning building and they're telling us to take a seat and make ourselves comfortable. How is it possible that these criminals can continue to be paid millions, ruin the lives of thousands and destroy a $200+ billion business? Please Google, buy Verizon and kick all of these worthless pieces of $hi# to the curb.

Literally, this was good to be my topic. You're right. Comcast and AT&T are forward thinking and successful. Verizon is behind the times. And it all starts from the top. In Network, HQ has no idea and Planning never questions anything. Verizon has no strategy and they have incompetent leadership that doesn't know their game is wack and they surround themselves with a bunch of mutes. Verizon needs someone to buy them out to survive.

If you think the grass is greener on the American Telephone & Telegraph side of the world, it isn't.

AT&T is just as arrogant, stupid and worthless as Verizon. They should buy each other out because they were made for each other. Both strapping over a $100 billion in debt and on shopping spress line there is no tomorrow.
