I have said this before, everyone is greedy no matter how rich. The only reason executive are selling they know something and are diversifying as fast as they can. If times were goodblike the 90s they wouldn't be selling

😂😂😂😂

Well, its pretty well know that ESM etc have to sell any Intel stock on a set quarterly schedule. It's also well known that it is never a good idea to have too much of your investments/retirement in your employers stock....so...... given that I'm still not very impressed with most of the ESM team....but, I'm ERP'd so I've removed them from my equation.....

Face it. Intel is no longer a growth company. With all the turmoil going on, it is barely surviving and at best remaining flat. It's all in the numbers. Bob Swan will be able to split the company just like he did eBay.

For a person that this pocket change he would be accumulating as we know how that over time builds wealth, unless the company is down which it is, get out what you can as fast as legaly can!

@K27L3mZ-nxc Why Andy staying? For the options baby, you see the bucks he is getting for what is no work or sweat, all easy 💰 All the executives are getting huge payouts based on options, stock and bonus. Yet at the same time they squeeze smaller bonus and SERP because they can to maximize their profits.

If the senior managers believed that the ACT and new initiatives would truely ignite growth, additional stock growth would surely increase above where it as.

Then why has every executive been selling? They are as greedy as anyone, they know really ugly times are coming as the initiatives are all smoke and mirrors and financial busting process ramp as coming, SELL SELL SELL to get it while it is good!

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Yes. They keep dumping their stock like there's no tomorrow (and maybe there isn't for Intel).

I cannot even believe this guy is still lingering around Intel... What has Andy Bryant done to help Intel in the past 5 years? Nothing. Insider Selling is at a near all time high right now (not just Intel). Intel executives know the game is up and the markets are rigged. Intel employee moral will go through the floor next year with ACT2, poor stock performance and all of Intel's other problems. Great job BK? Damn moron.

This isn't news. lol They've ALL been selling stock if you check out the insider's selling site. If you really want to get your panties in a wad look at his previous sale of 445,095 shares on 7/25/16. Kinda blows away the news of the 24,383 shares you're reporting, doesn't it?

Another case of an executive talking out of both sides of their mouth. They'll announce to the world a fantastic company outlook, and then quietly sell huge stakes in the company. If they were telling the truth about the outlook, they would keep their shares and sell later. Ridiculous.
