Lots of speculation out there about who is looking at this site. What can we anonymous posters do to ensure we get Dave's attention? It's a shame thelayoff.com doesn't have some means to tag Honeywell publicly, maybe get the media's attention.

Cote is an insect. It takes literally no skill to do what he's done to this company. Couldn't care less if he reads this or not.
simple, write out a word document with your thoughts and send it to Dave C. via scan/copy machine to his e-mail address.
Be careful what you wish for. I work for another company with an active board on this site. (My husband works for Honeywell.). When my company was going through layoffs, they apparently noticed the high amount of traffic to this site and blocked it on the intranet. So now we can no longer access via our work computer. They completely killed it internally (DNS not found, even NSFW sites don't get that error.). So now we can only access through personal or phone.

Create an anonymous email address a d send the link to Dave and Tim. As the other poster said, dave doesn't give a sh*t about us. We need to get wall street into this site along with the media. Make it hard for Honeyhell to hire new employees.
Mr Cote would not care. His head is so far up. In the clouds of money. We are all just numbers on the bottom line.
It would be nice to assume he was human with real morals and compassion, someone that actually cared about others, but he doesn't.
Who lays off people right before Christmas? Who furloughs people right at Christmas? Certainly not someone who gives a f about his employees.
