We just received news today that the HRG position was eliminated from the campus. Staff and faculty are now expected to contact Pittsburgh for all HR matters and questions. Maybe it's time to brush off the resume and jump off this sinking ship sooner than anticipated...

HR at Ai is completly dysfunctional and exists primarily to safe guard the campus presidents. The less the better. This is a good thing.

Did any other campuses lose their HRG?
I would much rather see the HRG's lose their jobs than faculty. And, when I worked at an Ai, campus level HR did nothing but stir up trouble. They were the crux of a lot of employee relations issues.
