Did you fill your employee survey in MH organization? The employees are the last one to know anything, even the earning reports. We are kept in the dark most of the time and that's how Oracle like to treat all rank an file employees..NEED TO KNOW BASIS! Heck, I cannot even help a customer because I have no access to their CSI.
Why you care whether they announce or not, that make no difference, we will be last one to know no matter what
