Three furloughs and two RIFs in the last 12 months..with more in Q4. Plus a 10% pay cut, WFH gone, MIP cut as well...glad to leave the company when I did...you can have HW Clearwater senior leadership, bunch of butt kissers!
Clear water is so engineer top heavy and they have no work. No problem to shutdown for a week. I know folks on the ground there.
A shutdown? Like...stopping production? Like...stopping production that is already late on deliveries? Like... making a horrible business decision shut down?....
