@ldi, stop crying and move on.. Cisco culture will not change as long as we have those arrogance people this visionsless ELT!!

The recent LR made me think about job security with Cisco (not performance related by any means since I was one to get a salary increase recently) so I revamp my resume and float my resume out there. You would not imagine the compensation, the job flexibility and the job opportunities that are out there. I am now on the fence about leaving Cisco which I did trust and put all my effort into . I drank the Cisco kool-aid and I bleed blue.
Cisco does not get it. It is not the compensation as much as the culture, the people, the organization that Cisco needs to clean up. I did not come to Cisco back then for the compensation, but more for the technology, learning, culture, leadership, etc. Cisco, please clean up the company. Make the company lean and strong again; Get rid of the politics and make us a believers again. Probably not for me since I will probably move on, but for future talented folks that Cisco can salvage and hire.
