Talks? HA! GE already owns Baker Hughes because it owns their debt. It just did an end run to ownership of BHI. Just ask any financial advisor, the deal is already done on !

No way Baker would have even talked to GE if they didn't think this would happen.

Deal is as good as done.

Rat head gets his boat and his wife gets new teeth and a vag--a reduction.

Saw some financial talking heads guessing the GE partnership being discussed was related to deep water.

Thank our chum Ralph Foxworthy for this deal, who led as VP OF Supply Chain pressure pumping into the ground and got promoted to VP Of Mergers and acquisitions. So basically he helped gut Tomball so he could help sell it off. SMDH.

FWIW, a GE spokesperson states that talks are about "potential partnerships" and not an outright acquisition or purchase. I would like to know more about these partnerships but nothing more seems to have been released at this point. Wonder what email we'll get Monday morning ....

Well that's one way to change BHI management. Seems likely to sail thru regulatory approvals. More integration teams and the joy of identifying synergies. I'm about ready to be a synergy.
