Jumping from HPE to Dell?

Is it worth jumping from HPE to Dell? The perks would be that I could work remotely since the Dell position is remote.

I've worked for both and the cultures are jarringly different. Yes, make the switch from HPE to Dell EMC and you will not regret your decision.

If you love Metrics and PIP's then Dell is the place. If you love uncertainty Dell is the place.

Jumping from HP to Dell is like going from the frying pan to the fire. Both are bloated, outdated companies that have long since passed their prime. Find a start up. You may not make as much money, but you'll find it a lot easier to live with yourself.

I would not do it for a while, Since the Dell EMC merger the atmosphere is toxic Dell are letting people go from all divisions and join right now IMO is dangerious as they could leave you go before the 6 months and wont pay you a cent

Dell or Dell EMC? I'm a former HP employee and it's so much better, but I'm legacy EMC and Dell is still an unknown.
