It is one of those deals where some of "our profit" is finagled their way, and they reciprocate with a nice shiny award to puff up his own ego.
I must admit my middle finger came out a little way pointing to the the picture and article on my screen. That is starting to happen more and more lately.
What a joke. I just lost any and all respect for Columbia. Both Deming and Drucker were managment scholars who despised individual employee evaluations. Cote comes along and institutes "stacked ranking" with a quota to find "under-performers". Deming and Drucker would be spinning in their graves. Columbia, you should be ashamed of yourself.
