10% pay cut will result in a further 20% reduction in productivity. A little respect goes a long way with me. HON doesn't respect employees so why should I respect them.

Simple math. There is a multiplier of two when pay is reduced. It is very similar to the money multiplier in economics. You should look it up, it's quite an interesting concept.
What is the value of that response?
