Retired, laid off, fired, or just woke up. Most of the good people at WFT are gone now. A large percent of the knowledge went with them. The influx of new mid-management is a joke. People that were fired in the past, for good reason, rehired as management. Cut throat sales management and theory. Sacrifice all for the mighty bottom line cash flow just to keep BDD in power.

A large percentage of outdated old school knowledge went with those laid off. Its now a new dawn a new beginning at last we are free to do things the right way.

Most of the good ones are still here they just got rid of the deadwood
I now work at Papa John's and have some semblance of job satisfaction which I didn't have at WFT as a manager at Houma. Downside 60 lbs heavier, and spending $$$$ on new pants.
There are still some good ones in our area but not for long.
