Will the Petrolite division be first to sold off, in the GE asset stripping takeover ?

Wait and see. GE is know to allocate capital efficiently. If the $$$ pencil's out in the spreadsheets they will keep it, if not they will look to get rid of it.

Petrolite will merge with GE's water treatment division since they bought Betz a decade ago or so.
