LOL. Maybe if you were good at predicting the price of oil you would spend your time productively trading commodities and making gobs of money. What's the price of oil have to do with anything on such a short term basis as one day to 'normal' people. What about today? It's up about 7% as I post this. Whether you think management is good or bad, decisions are not made on the basis on one or two days worth of oil price quotes, that's not even enough to establish any kind of a trend.
