Holidays reduced from 13 days to 12 for Hon Aero starting in 2017. But pto sick days maxed at 56 hours for all 2017. Does this motivate anyone to take a sick day to compensate for the one day holiday reduction? Oh to be a fly on the wall with HR when these decisions were made.

Just use a vacation day. Theres no max now so an additional day should go under the radar fairly easily.
