Did anyone else see the results on the 2016 Viewpoint Survey. I believe the results are totally bogus, or people are afraid to express what they really think in fear that your opinion could be tracked and retaliation would be taken against you.
It's just another thing that it totally fake with the company,
It's not tracked by IP. They're personalized links so when you click it the site already knows who it is. And as for the positive results... I actually believe them. Have you seen the comments on the eWeb?

@1mvl.....Mistake # 1 was putting your RIF request in an e-mail. HR does not take knidly to "Requested RIFs" , they prefer to hit you between the eyes. Thus why your manager did not reply. He/She can't sit in a Director's meeting and Say " such an such" wants to be RIF'd.. Some Managers prefer to be asked in person or on a private call, they will keep you in mind when they need "numbers to sacrifice" OR your good work is well known to your Director and they may question your Manager WHY YOU are being RIF'd (as opposed to somebody they dont know) Your Manager better have the facts.

My manager required us to do the survey and sat behind us while we completed it, if we didn't mark something as perfect they would ask us why, one employee had the district manager come talk to them because they refused to give the company a good score.
So as an eliminated employee I no longer have access to vz web . What were the results for wireless and or landline . ??
You can't make this up. After 30 years in wireline I sent my mgr a email telling her I wanted the next RIF. Got an instant phone call asking what happened . I told her I was burned out from working 60 hrs a week .
That was 6 months ago and I have since sent her two emails asking if she has heard any rumors about rifs in the organization. Not one response. I sat through 15 years of rifs , sometimes two a year and survived because of knowledge, production . I am the least politically correct person you will meet. I don't ki$$ a$$ I just tell the truth to any who ask including directors. The insanity of this place is stunning ! They want to drive you out without paying you for the excellent service most of us give and yet paid people I wouldn't hire as a night janitor at a 24 hr gas station 100 k to leave . Great people have left this company over my career that could have worked another ten years . Instead they promote these feckless a$$ kissers to ride you night and day with constant email bomb bardments from Haji the order mgr . So very pleased to meet you ! Fk u !!! Kill these H1B visa rules and flush the third world order !
Maybe Lowell McDickwad should co.e to this site to get a good understanding of employee satisfaction.
I posted poor results on those surveys in the past and had my job eliminated last year. Verizon is watching you all big time.
Great post op. I read the comments left by supposed vz employees and they were all s--- a$$es.. It was like seeing fake profiles on fling.com.. I actually almost wanted to kill myself if all those other vz people are actually real but theyre probably all managers s---ing up to their bosses..

Of course they are bogus and yes they can be tracked. Everything on the network can be tracked. When you click on that link, it captures your IP address. How do you think that if you click on it again, it will tell you that you already did the survey. Only an idiot would think that it is truly anonymous.
I let them have it in the survey and now I am being singled out. Interesting to say the least but I am actively looking for employement outside of the company. My appreciate for Verizon died years ago.
Where I work I doubt anyone bothers to respond or participate in that survey. Management are forced to act like petty bullies and morale is at an all time low.
The only employees left at Verizon are either:
2.. H1B and/or offshore slime-balls that are happy to do a 1/2-@$$ed job for a 1/4 of the pay
So with those two groups of people filling out the survey, what kind of results would you expect? The truth?
Everything at Verizon is fake.
I stopped participating in those bogus surveys long ago. They are like having a multiple choice question like this: Is the company, A) GREAT B) EXCELLENT, OR C) SUPER FANTASTIC?
They never allow space for real comments and never report bad news. Best to just ignor them unless you are some boot licker, and there are many of those as we all know.
