As a potential ICF customer, we pretend we are interested in doing business with them just to get the lowest quote possible. We then go back to TSMC to get a matching offer, or close to it. Thanks ICF!
ICF refugees of below average or out to pasture ppt pushers. I feel sad for them as they are now pushing inferior and harder to design process. Why anyone would go to intel for Foundry is beyond belief, maybe BK wraps a 50 dollar bill with each chip like he did with Tablets. Nothing like a little Contra Revenue!

It's a joke. They had never intended to be a foundry because they believed they were always going to be leading edge. The AM have no clue to how their areas should be run. They are perhaps the weakest of all factory mgmt. Just stupid. They'll never compete with TSMC so it will quickly become a thing of the past. Probably amounting to sell off.
