Carrier, is VP Pence's home state. Wow they saved 900 jobs for now. Most large US companies already have plants all over the world, just like D. Trump does. Everyone would know that if he would have released his taxes. Honeywell is two steps ahead of Trump. Not sure if everyone is aware how Honeywell beats US import taxes, moves contracts to Mex., Nanjing, Czech Rep. and even ships hardware to Russian Fed. despite Embargo.

I hope Trump puts a huge tariff on honeywell products. We will,lose business, but that is what it will take to wake up stockholders to force out the fools runnning us in the ground. Madsen has screwed ISC so bad tha Lockhedd Martin and Boeing have put Honeywell on the "No new business" list and are denying them any new orders or new business.

Cote was not just an Obama supporter, he's been plotting with Hillary for years for further 'offshoring'. They are both in league with the 'globalization' effort, which is really just a way for them to line their pockets and take jobs away from workers in the U.S. I doubt Trump gives 2 sh*ts about Honeywell, but I hope someone on his team points out the obvious and he does decide to target the larger corps that have been doing this (especially Cote/Honeywell). I think a lot of focus has been on the automotive companies and the Aero industry problems have not surfaced through the government ranks (yet), probably because the military has been decimated through Obama's administration.l
Cote was an Obama supporter, so Trump is going to punish Honeywell. Cote saw the writing on the wall, that's why he's bailing.
Trump is either going to drive large corporation away, or be forced to offer them incentives in the form of subsidies and tax breaks to keep jobs here, and the price of their products will escalate....a lose, lose, lose proposition for the taxpayers/consumers, any way you look at it.
If anything Trump has just handed Honeywell and every other US company a great reason to threaten to offshore their businesses.
