I think Eddie must read this site and has figured out who I am. I always look at my paystubs on the MyHR screen and found out that I have been shorted hours. The funny thing is that I am SNE or salaried non-exempt. I put in around 48 hours a week and especially so through the Black Friday holiday. The pay had me for 30 hours a week and actually paid me hourly. I am salaried. Are they kidding me?
Not only am I short 30 hours 10 of those hours are OT pay. What a joke. I laughed when I saw my paycheck and when I showed the stub to my manager he didn't argue that it was all wrong. He knows it all wrong. I have enough cash on hand that I will be OK but that is not the point. 30 hours is a lot of hours to not get paid for. I have no charity in my heart for Eddie.
I started thinking of all of the associates who live paycheck to paycheck. That's just a brutal way to treat associates. Rent is due right now. If they screwed up my pay then did they screw up yours too? You might want to check your pay for the last period.
How a person can be salaried and yet paid by the hour is thanks to the .gov geniuses. I can say that I have never worked for a corporation quite like SHLD. I have seen incompetence on a "fairly high level" before but never on pay like this.
