Boy there are some fucctardss in here! There are two (2) different settlements for the same hearing , one is the California settlement class and the other is the flsa settlement class. Two different for you that are retarded and those that don't live in California stop asking. Your an idiot for thinking if you sign it you opt out of settlement. I can assure you if you did not sign your sorry a-- is not going to get paid anything. Obviously you did not get a letter because you probably only worked 20 hours a week.

You are automatically in the settlement if you worked during those dates you only sign to opt out of settlement and it said their were only 7 people that opted out.
My letter said I would get $35,525 and I signed and mailed back, Just received $703.16. What now !!

If you signed and mailed it back you opted yourself out of the settlement. Last hearing was on Friday dec 2nd how would you get a check on the same day? Everyone gets a different amount based on what they worked during that time.
I got mine friday the check was in the amount of 450 dollars. The amount that was estimated on my letter was 15,000 so dont get your hopes up on the amount was estimated for you.
my letter said i would get 12,000$ when i signed and mailed back,4000$ or 158$ is no where close to amount stated in my letter
i called lawyers a week ago,they said checks would be mailed 2nd week in December,but it doesn't look like that it will be a large amount to each person according to what i read either $4100 or $158 maybe screwed again!
