We had a meeting on Friday about Checkpoint and TCR/bonuses, and not even the managers seem to know how it will all fit together at this point.

The previous review system was a joke and so is this. I can see why they made the shift, no more performance comparisons relative to peers.. it is because everyone left the building, including the clients ..
Managers are too busy surmizing who to cherry pick out of their already dwindling staff than focusing on some bogus employee review Program.
What's the checkpoint? I left in 2011
Same here. I haven't bothered to do anything with checkpoint since the first time almost a year ago, and none of the three managers I've been shuttled around to since then has said a word, nor has there been any type of review. It's a farce, a joke.
Filled out a checkpoint in March. Was not reviewed our looked at by my manager. Every qtr now the managers send the obligatory reminder to complete your checkpoint and then never review or ask about it.

Our manager has only reviewed our 1st qtr checkpont and that was in May. Not that it has any real meaning.
What does this have to do with the health of the current environment (ie., grapevine layoffs)? Or is this statement to ridicule the inept management performance system (post bell curve PBCs) and the myriad of clueless suit layers above?
