The consequences he speaks of are millions of dollars in corporate welfare going to the offshoring company.
Once Carrier automates their Indiana factories, the 800 jobs that were temporarily saved will be lost.

@eux.....Yes you are right - Verizon Data Services India. Just like IBM, Microsoft, Google, Facebook and on and on , They built "off-shore" Departments in India/China to bypass the onshore H1B requirements and to shut up the on-shore employees
