Everyone is openly deriding leadership and the org on the line. The chaos is frustrating. All decisions have to go through VP or Madsen.
Cannot get things done if we wanted too. No delegation of power means no one can get sh-t done. Really poor management. Never seen an org like this, even in my "mom and pop" days.
