Baker commitment to Safety is shallow. They will talk a great game but when push comes to shove they what their true colors are. Over the past few years I have seen to many times where budget has been used as an excuse, or a manager just refuses to act on safety issues. This creates a trickle down effect that makes everyone believe that safety is not a high priority. For so many years the theme was Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Yet Safety has the smallest budget and is often times overlooked.
Sad for this families loss. Hopefully things can be addressed so another family does not have to go through this.
It's always perfect your bonus counts on it
